Mendota Heights Home Gets a Beautiful Makeover

Challenge:

These homeowners in Mendota Heights were simply looking for a change. While they had been happy with the look of the siding on their house when they purchased it, they decided it was time to update the look. Trinity Exteriors was able to give them the fresh look they were looking for.

Solution:

After Removing the old siding, we began by putting on a layer of Tyvek house wrap, which prevents water and cold/hot air from penetrating, but allows water vapor to escape in order to help balance the energy efficiency of the home. The homeowners opted for a vinyl siding, and we installed Mastic Carvedwood Vinyl Siding in Montana Suede. To give the home an extra pop of color, we also installed HardieShingle Straight Edge Panels in Cobblestone along the garage and the top corner of the house. With this updated look, the homeowners can be sure their home will stand out along their block!
