We had our roof replaced using insurance a few years back and used Trinity. They were fabulous. This summer after a storm I noticed a small leak inside. I called Trinity and their work was under warranty. They came right out and thoroughly investigated the problem. I worked with IVAN who came out to investigate and then to come again & make the repair. Ivan is exactly the type of high character person and provider of service that I can expect from Trinity. As someone who typically tries to maintain my own home, I’m always skeptical of hiring out work, while anticipating unforeseen costs or marginal workmanship. Not with Trinity and our excellent project manager Jesus.

I received a quote to repair or replace my 1950s cedar siding, and address some additional on-grade issues around our home. To my surprise the replacement cost was not that divergent from the repair quote so going with new LP siding was a no brainer. We walked around our home on two separate occasions to solidify the plan about how to address our issues. The project started and ended on time and in between Jesus sent me frequent updates and chronicled the process with photos. His communication was everything.

As expected, there were some surprises, as is common when repairing an older home. There was water damage to an on-grade window casing, which had it not been found and addressed properly would have resulted in more extensive damage. Similarly, one wall was devoid of insulation and lacking backing board. These problems were appropriately identified, a cost effective solution was presented, and I was apprised of my options in real time. The workmanship was beyond my expectations in terms of attention to detail and the fit and finish of the LP product. The crew was even able to find a solution to framing a custom window in the same trim. The crew worked very hard 12 hrs per day to complete our project on time, but the result did not appear rushed.

Overall, my experience with Trinity was excellent, start to finish. The unsung hero of the project was Jesus who treated us like family, which is why I have recommended him to mine.
