Lindstrom, MN Hail Damage Roof Replacement

Challenge:

Our challenge with this Lindstrom, MN home was to fully replace the roof after it was damaged by hail, and to minimize the risk of water damage in the future.

Solution:

As the leading Minneapolis roofing and siding contractor, we were able to meet this challenge head on. First, we offered the Lindstrom homeowners —who had been referred to us through a neighbour—a free roof inspection. When we found damage, we worked with the customers and their insurance adjuster to have the roof restoration covered by the customers’ insurance policy.

Once the claim went through, we began construction with by tearing off the old damaged shingles. After putting an Ice & Water Barrier down on the edges and in the roof valleys, we installed new asphalt shingles: Owens Corning Duration in Teak.

Finally, we removed and replaced the gutters with new 5″ seamless aluminium in Almond.
