Early Spring Storms Means Roof Replacement in Hudson, WI

Challenge:

The challenge with this Hudson home was time. The homeowners noticed that they had received hail damage from the early spring hailstorm in May, and they needed a full roof replacement. However, they were supposed to be selling their house in less than a month, so it needed to get done fast!

Solution:

Thankfully, Trinity was more than up for this challenge. After our free roof inspection, we found plenty of hail damage, so we got started right away. In order to keep the rest of the exterior safe, we made sure to lay down tarps around the house, so that their landscaping was safe from any debris. We then tore off the damaged shingles on the house. We then laid down an Ice & Water barrier, which prevents any driving wind or rain from penetrating the roof’s decking, and protects the interior of the home. Once this was done, we were able to install premium Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the homeowner’s choice of Desert Tan. Once the install was complete, we made sure to do a thorough clean-up of the property, leaving no nail behind! We completed the project well before the deadline that the homeowners had, and the new roof looks great!
