Challenge:

The challenge to roofing contractor Trinity Exteriors of this Savage, MN home was to help the homeowners through the insurance claims process to have their roof and parts of the siding covered by their insurance claim.

Solution:

Experience was the key ingredient to success for this challenge. Having successfully been in business since 2007, Trinity Exteriors has more than a decade of experience in working with all insurance companies. This process started with a free inspection of the customers’ home, in which we did find significant denting from hailstones. After the homeowners put in their insurance claim, we prioritized meeting with them and the insurance adjuster. We do this because after large storms, insurance adjusters have to inspect dozens of homes each day. With that type of volume, there’s a chance some damage could be missed. We point out the damage to the adjuster to make their job a little easier, thereby making the entire claims process easier.

After the claim was approved, we moved into the project with our normal caution of scheduling the work around our customers’ schedules, and dropping the building materials out of the way. We covered all the landscaping before the big tear off. After we installed the Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Aged Cedar, we completed with work with a thorough clean up.

Project Summary:
