Meet the Team of Trinity Exteriors

You may have been putting off getting new windows for a while now. But once you start seeing these warning signs, the best thing you can do to protect your largest investment—your home—is to upgrade.

Your Energy Bills are Terrifying
If there’s a certain room or area you avoid during the winter because of the cold, those drafts are likely coming in through an old window that may not have the latest energy efficient features of newer windows. While the discomfort alone is enough to tear out old windows, these drafts also suck up a lot of your home’s energy, increasing heating and cooling bills. These high energy bills can cost you hundreds of dollars a year more than they should. Not only that, but the government is prioritizing energy efficient building materials to the point of granting some tax breaks (consult an accountant on if you qualify) but also forming the Energy Star Rating to qualify which windows are better for the environment.

Difficulty Opening or Closing
If you find yourself body slamming your window closed, or never bothering to use a window because it just won't open, it's time to upgrade.

Condensation
When your windows consistently fog up, there are either breaks in the seal or the window can't prevent moisture from getting into the house some way. Newer windows with more panes virtually eliminate or reduce any condensation.
