Roof Replacement Due to Hail Damage in Maplewood

Challenge:

Any unexpected early May storm came through the Twin Cities and left this Maplewood home with major hail damage to its roof. The homeowners have worked with Trinity Exteriors in the past, so they knew we were the ones to do the job.

Solution:

Once we came out for a free home inspection, it was clear that the home had hail damage. Before we started the restoration process, we made sure to lay down a catch-all tarp to ensure their landscaping was fully protected. We proceeded to tear off the damaged shingles and inspect the existing roof decking to ensure it was up to code. We proceeded to lay down Ice & Water Shield and then synthetic roofing felt. Once this was completed, we installed premium shingles in the homeowners’ choice of Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Onyx Black, which was a stunning color to compliment the home’s siding. After our final inspection was complete, we did a thorough cleanup of the home’s exterior to make sure no nails were left behind. The roof is now ready to endure any future storms or hail!
