3 Additional Ways to Save Money on Your Restoration
#1: Take Advantage of Discounts
If you've been carefully researching the materials you want to use, and you've been checking into which contractor you trust the most for restoring your home, keep a watch to see if that contractor offers any seasonal specials. For example, if a company is celebrating an anniversary (cough* Trinity's 10 Year Anniversary Special cough*cough*) the contractor may offer a big customer appreciation special. Check out their website, newsletter, and social to monitor specials coming through.
#2: Referral Rewards
Many companies offer rewards to loyal customers who are the influencers amongst their family and friends. These awards could be gift cards, trips, or even money back that can help reduce the cost of your project.
#3: Express Your Budget Concerns, and a Good Contractor Will Work With You to Address Them
We do our best to Take Your Worries Away about finances on a project that affects your home. For example, our Field Supervisor Joe has been able to cut some homeowner costs by custom building flashing for a skylight rather than ordering it from a manufacturer. Or reusing flashing that hasn't been dented by hail (we're required by code to replace dented flashing). In any case, we're firm believers in complete communication, and we want to know all your concerns about your project.
