Trinity Exteriors Has Contact-Less Appointments Available

To protect the safety of our customers and team, we have implemented contact-less appointments. To find out a little bit more about the process, here's Pete Swanson, Senior Project Manager of Trinity Exteriors.

What Happens on a Contact-less Inspection?
When we arrive on a jobsite for an inspection, we'll call or text the homeowner rather than knocking on their door. If the weather is decent, hopefully the homeowner can meet us outside – keeping a safe distance of 10 feet – so we can discuss initial concerns of the inspection. Then, we'll inspect the roof or siding as needed, taking photos and notes. If we have any specific questions, we'll call you during our inspection or FaceTime so you can see what we're seeing.

How Can I See the Materials I Want to Use for My Project?
We sanitize all samples and can leave them on your doorstep for you or, if you prefer, we can send you links to the products online so you can see them close up and how they look on other homes.

How Do I Get My Pricing or Estimate?
Rather than leaving the estimate with the homeowner, we'll set up a Zoom teleconference call so we can talk through what we saw in the inspection and answer any questions you might have. Then we can email you the final estimate or, if you don't have email, we'll mail the estimate or drop it off at your house.

What Other Ways are You Addressing Health Concerns?
Like other essential businesses during this time, our team is meticulous in handwashing, keeping safe distances, cleaning surfaces frequently or staying home when we're not feeling well.

How Can I Help?
When you schedule your appointment, please let us know of any special precautions we need to take beyond the above, or if anyone within the household has a cold or flu, and we can modify appointments accordingly.
