Meet the Team of Trinity Exteriors

HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
● Over the past week moist air that escaped from the home into the attic will have froze and built up and could melt over the coming days, causing damage to the interior of your home.
● Homes with a whole house humidifier such as Aprilaire typically have more of a chance of this type of problem since the humidity levels in the home are typically higher during winter months, than homes that do not have a whole house humidifier.
● Common condensation related issues are wet spots on ceilings, around bath fans and laundry room exhaust fans, as well as water dripping from skylights and frozen water from windows that is melting.
● Ice dams may have formed as a result of warm air heating up the roof deck on your house and when we get a sudden melt off, the dams will cause water to enter the house by backing up water under roof shingles and underlayment.
