We found Trinity Exteriors at the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce Spring Home & Garden Show. Tyler came out heard what our wants for the house where. The team at Trinity came back with a detailed blueprint of a project to help us achieve our goal of a maintenance free exterior. We where informed every step of the way before the work crew arrived. Our project manger Jesus and his crew took excellent care of our house during the work. They where extremely professional, polite and precise about their work. Each day they arrived on time and completely cleaned the work area when they left. The guy just never showed up. I called 20min after he was due to see if he was still coming and was told they’d need to reschedule due to it having rained earlier this morning. She first offered tomorrow, which doesn’t work for me, and then Thursday, by which point I’ll have quotes from three other contractors. We switched to Trinity after a poor experience and shoddy communication from another GC. Our experience with Trinity couldn’t have been better. Ted was great on the front end with communication and working through the insurance process. Jesus and his crew were professional, skilled and knowledgeable as we went through the installation. Jesus gave great communication and photo updates. He offered suggestions along the way without being pushy when we declined alternatives. We very much appreciated him and his team’s great work! We’d highly recommend Trinity Exteriors for siding and roofing work.
